Originally from south Louisiana, after graduating from LSU I moved to Alabama in 1999. Married Jack in 2007. We built our little “crib by the cove” in Orange Beach in 2017 and we love living in beautiful OBA.
I have 2 grown step-daughters here in Alabama and 2 little nieces in Louisiana that I completely adore! I’m a speech pathologist by trade with a long-time passion for personal development. Naturally driven, I love to create opportunities and host or lead events that teach tools for living our happiest lives. I love live music. traveling, and connection with close friends and authentic people. I own Orange Beach Yoga and I’m the lead founder of Dialed In Women- Gulf Coast.
Strengths/What I’ve learned:
I am brave & not afraid being told NO. I’ve learned that at some point you just have to move from preparing to implementing! You have to jump in even if you don’t feel like you’re totally ready yet. I believe in less talk and more ACTION because there is no greater teacher than experience. It will not be perfect. But you will only get better.
“Go out on the limb, that’s where the fruit is!”

“Live by Grace not perfection”
I have many, but here are two. 1. For Gulf-Coast youth to have more access to structured mindfulness training programming and personal development opportunities to learn empowerment and stress management tools to help them navigate life, achieve their greatest potential, and create fulfilling happy adult lives. 2. Help create chapters of Dialed In Women across the country so that others can experience this wonderful energy and tribe of support.
Orange Beach Yoga is my community based yoga business where we offer weekly yoga classes at different beautiful venues in Orange Beach. We also offer private individual and group yoga workshops and classes. We specialize in empowering beginners and encouraging all levels to challenge themselves and grow. We offer gentle yoga classes and powerful vinyasa classes as well as Live Music Yoga, Padle Board Yoga, & of course, Beach Yoga! Our students consist of a community of local membership and we have plenty of drop-in students too. I’m told that our yoga classes are very approachable and we make everybody feel welcomed and comfortable whether they are new to yoga or just new to the community.
Gulf Coast Youth Mindfulness Project is a campaign to bring more awareness to the need for mindfulness training. Our goal is to initiate and help support school programming so all kids have access to more life tools.
